This paper introduces the function, structure, frequent accidents and corresponding reasons of the bulb tubular turbine generating set. Taking the hydropower generating set in Xiajiang as an example, the oil head’s installation process and technique, clearance check adjustment and barring throw test adjustment are detaily introduced. And a few suggestions are made for reference.
