    为探讨二滘口水闸工程混凝土在受荷初始损伤作用下的力学劣化机理,开展了人工预制裂缝、腐蚀环境模拟下的混凝土宏、细观力学试验,分析了预制裂缝深度、浸泡时间等因素对混凝土力学影响特征。研究表明:围压对试样应变发展的影响作用高于预制裂缝深度因素。当预制裂缝深度超过15 mm 时,试样力学劣化效应才逐步呈现。随浸泡时间延长,试样承载应力水平降低明显,尤其是在浸泡48 h 后劣化更显著。从CT 图像数据可知,预制裂缝深度愈大,则试样内部孔隙数量愈多,但占主导的孔径区间为500~2 000 μm;相比之下,浸泡时间愈长,虽然孔隙数量会增多,但孔径优势区间更具有可变性。研究成果对混凝土损伤演化以及防蚀设计具有参考作用。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the mechanical degradation mechanism of concrete in the Erjiaokou water gate project under loaded initial damage,macro and micro mechanical tests of concrete were carried out under simulated conditions of artificial precast cracks and corrosive environment. The influence characteristics of precast crack depth,soaking time and other factors on the mechanical properties of concrete were analyzed. The results show that the influence of confining pressure on the strain development of specimens is greater than the factor of precast crack depth. When the depth of the prefabricated crack exceeds 15mm,the mechanical degradation effect of the specimen gradually appears.With the extension of soaking time,the bearing stress level of the sample decreases significantly,especially after soaking for 48 hours,the deterioration is more significant. The CT image data displays that the greater the depth of prefabricated cracks,the more internal pores there are in the sample,but the dominant pore size range is always between 500 and 2000 μm. In contrast,the longer the soaking time,although the number of pores will increase,the more variability dominant range of pore size it has. The research results have reference value for the evolution of concrete damage and anti-corrosion design.
