    摘要:

    堤防建设关系国民经济发展和人民生命财产安全,随着监测和安全维护技术不断发展,对堤防系统监测和维护的方法有待进一步研究。基于江西省廖坊水利枢纽防护工程中的河西万年堤,以三维激光扫描技术获取的工程点云监测数据为基础,将点云数据处理理论和工程实际监测方法相结合,分析地表和深层土体位移及沉降,对比二者有效性及精度。结果表明:采用的点云方法可以突破传统方法以单点变化代表区域变化的缺陷,构建的模型可较完整展现堤防形态,为堤防施工质量考核及后续安全运行提供参考依据。

    Abstract:

    Levee construction is related to national economic development and people's safety. The monitoring and safety maintenance technologies are constantly developing,but system monitoring and maintenance methods for levees need further research. This study is based on the Hexi Wannian Levee in the Liaofang Water Conservancy Project in Jiangxi Province. Based on the engineering point cloud monitoring data obtained by 3D laser scanning technology,the point cloud data processing theory is combined with the actual engineering monitoring method to analyze the displacement and settlement of the surface and deep soil,and compare the effectiveness and precision of the two. The results show that the point cloud method can overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods that represent regional changes with single point changes. The constructed model can fully display the shape of the embankment and provide reference for construction quality assessment and subsequent safe operation.
