In recent years，Nanchang City has actively explored and carried out smart water conservancy construction，fully utilizing information technology to achieve significant results in water and drought disaster prevention，water administration law enforcement，and other aspects. The article takes the achievements of smart water conservancy construction in Nanchang City as the starting point，comprehensively sorts out the achievements of smart water conservancy construction in Nanchang City in the widespread application of monitoring systems，the normalization of unmanned aerial vehicle patrols，the gradual promotion of information platform construction，and the intelligent transformation of water conservancy projects. It deeply analyzes the current problems such as inconsistent data integration standards and imperfect sharing mechanisms，lagging technological updates and insufficient innovative applications，insufficient investment in construction and subsequent maintenance funds，shortage of composite talents and imperfect training systems，network security risks and equipment security hazards.
