To address the issues of low intensification degree in comprehensive ecological civilization governance and insufficient data sharing capabilities，the relevant departments in Jiangxi Province have promoted the implementation of the “Ecological Cloud” big data platform project.This project aims to effectively break through the information silos of ecological civilization among various departments and achieve interconnected，open，and shared ecological civilization data across the province.It is constructed according to the overall framework of “one cloud，one center，and a batch of applications”.This platform can be connected to “ecology-related” data from multiple departments such as natural resources，ecological environment，and water conservancy.Through a unified ecological civilization database，visual display platform，and diversified business applications，it realizes full coverage of ecological civilization business，fullfactor convergence of data，and all-round sharing of resources，thereby forming a replicable and expandable ecological civilization construction solution.This paper elaborates on each functional module，key technologies，design ideas and concepts，and technical routes of this platform in detail，and analyzes the user groups.On this basis，it looks forward to the development direction of Jiangxi Province's “Ecological Cloud” big data platform.
