    采用整体水工模型试验的方法,对东莞市运河综合整治石马河流域干流旗岭水闸改扩建工程进行了深入分析和优化。针对原设计方案扩建新闸上游地形清淤不足,可能导致过流能力不足和流态不稳定的问题,提出清淤至6.744 m 的方案,优化了水流流态和流速分布,闸上游水位与设计值相比分别低0.16 m 和0.12 m,满足过流能力要求。对东深供水渡槽桥墩防护进行了优化设计,通过采用流线型防护结构,减少了对水流的扰动,提高了水流的横向均匀度,优化后的5# 和6#桥墩防护方案,新旧闸海漫段底流速分布更加均匀,流态更加稳定,旧闸流速从1.5 m/s 降至1.3 m/s,新闸流速从1.2 m/s 降至0.6 m/s。对扩建闸段不同闸孔数量及净宽进行了方案比选,最终推荐了6 m×9 孔的布置方案,推荐方案在遭遇200 年一遇的校核洪水时,闸上游水位为16.26 m,比设计计算值低0.07 m。本研究成功优化了设计方案,提高了旗岭水闸改扩建工程的安全性和效率,为旗岭水闸改扩建工程的实施和管理提供了坚实的科学依据。

    Abstract:

    This study used a comprehensive hydraulic model test method to conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of the Qiling sluice renovation expansion project in the Shima river basin,the main stream of the Dongguan canal comprehensive improvement.In response to the insufficient dredging of the upstream terrain of the newly expanded gate in the original design plan,which may lead to insufficient flow capacity and unstable flow state,a dredging plan is proposed to reach 6.744 m,optimizing the flow state and velocity distribution.The upstream water level of the gate is 0.16 m and 0.12 m lower than the design value,respectively,meeting the requirements of flow capacity.Optimization design has been carried out for the protection of the bridge piers of the Dongshen water supply aqueduct.By adopting a streamlined protection structure,the disturbance to the water flow has been reduced and the lateral uniformity of the water flow has been improved.The optimized protection schemes for the 5# and 6# bridge piers have resulted in a more uniform distribution of flow velocity at the bottom of the sea overflow section of the new and old gates,and a more stable flow state.The old gate has been reduced from 1.5 m/s to 1.3 m/s,and the new gate has been reduced from 1.2 m/s to 0.6 m/s.A scheme comparison was conducted on the number and net width of different gate openings for the expansion of the gate section,and a layout scheme of 6 m× 9 holes was ultimately recommended.The recommended scheme had an upstream water level of 16.26 m when encountering a 200 year flood,which was 0.07 m lower than the design calculation value.This study successfully optimized the design scheme,improved the safety and efficiency of the Qiling sluice expansion project,and provided a solid scientific basis for the implementation and management of the Qiling sluice expansion project.
