With the development of social and economic activities，the responsibilities of irrigation districts have become increasingly obvious and important.Conducting the health evaluation of irrigation functions in irrigation districts can help understand the benefits and outstanding problems that the districts have played in drought prevention and water supply.Taking 6 medium-sized irrigation districts in Yongfeng County as the research object，this paper constructs an evaluation system for the health of irrigation functions in irrigation districts.The indicator weights are obtained by using the entropy weighting method，and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the health status of the 6 irrigation districts.The results show that the health status of the 6 medium-sized irrigation districts in Yongfeng County is generally average or above.The weight value of the irrigation guarantee rate is the largest，at 0.216，while the weight value of the engineering personnel ability is the smallest，at 0.085.According to the membership degree calculation results，each irrigation district needs to strengthen the capabilities and level of engineering personnel and engineering maintenance work.The Baishuimen Irrigation District，which has the lowest comprehensive evaluation score，needs to improve the construction of the main channel.The research results can provide reference for the management and construction of irrigation districts in the local area.
