Through the soil and water conservation monitoring of UAV oblique photography in photovoltaic power generation project in Anfu County,Jiangxi Province, measurement data meeting the accuracy requirements of the relevant regulations were obtained by extracting and interpreting the generated Digital Orthophoto Map (DOM)images and three-dimensional reality models. This approach enabled quantitative monitoring throughout the entire process for various indicators, including the scope of responsibility for soil and water loss prevention and control, the area of disturbed land, the volume of water and soil conservation measures, the volume of earthwork and stonework, the amount of soil loss, and the effectiveness of soil and water loss prevention and control. This enhanced the scientific, informational, and automated levels of the monitoring work and provided efficient methods and pathways for timely and quantitative assessment of soil and water loss and its prevention and control status,as well as for process control over soil and water loss caused by project construction.
