The insufficient depth of following design of soil and water conservation in production and construction projects leads to the difficulty of implementing soil and water conservation measures and accepting soil and water conservation facilities，which has become an urgent problem to be solved in current soil and water conservation management. Further standardization for the content of following design of soil and water conservation and related technical requirements，and the guidance for following design of soil and water conservation in production and construction projects are needed to ensure the effective implementation of soil and water conservation measures and the smooth acceptance of soil and water conservation facilities. Finally，the supervision and management for the following design of soil and water conservation can be transformed to be "comprehensive，strict and accurate"，promoting the coordinated development of social economy and ecological environmental protection.
