In order to better analyze and evaluate the eco-economic system structure of irrigation district，this study takes Liaohe irrigation district of Jiangxi province as the research object and establishes the index system of ecoeconomic system structure analysis by using the bibliometric method.The system consists of 4 dimensions including economic subsystem，ecological subsystem，social subsystem and engineering subsystem，23 index factors in total.Based on the data collected in Liaohe irrigation district from 2014 to 2021，the results show that its overall ecoeconomic system is improving，which effectively promotes the modernization and sustainable development of the irrigation district，and provides a theoretical reference for the construction of the ecological irrigation district.
