子威水库泄洪方式与洪水调节分析

    摘要:

    泄水建筑物是水库枢纽的重要组成部分,是影响大坝特征水位选择和水库防洪安全的重要因素,而泄洪方式的选择和洪水调节计算是设计的重点。为解决水库枢纽所在支沟来水量不足问题,子威水库采用主坝、副坝结合的布置方式,通过库区内的连通隧洞将副坝所在主沟水量引至主坝进行补水。考虑地质条件和工程投资限制,主坝不设泄洪设施,提出了主坝泄洪采用库区内连通隧洞引洪至副坝溢流坝进行下泄的方式,同时结合了水库枢纽泄水建筑物的布置形式,提出了子威水库枢纽主坝和副坝联合洪水调节的计算方法,可为中小型水库泄洪建筑物工程布置与调洪计算提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The discharge structure is an important part of the reservoir hub, which is an important factor affecting the selection of charateristic water level of dams and the flood control safety of the reservoir, and the selection of flood discharge mode and flood regulation calculation are the design focus of discharge structure.In order to solve the problem of insufficient water intake in the branch ditch where the reservoir hub is located, Ziwei reservoir adopts the arrangement of combining the main dam and the secondary dam, and the water volume of the main ditch where the secondary dam is located is diverted to the main dam for replenishment through the connecting tunnel in the reservoir area.In view of the geological conditions and engineering investment restrictions, the main dam does not have flood discharge facilities, and the method of flood discharge of the main dam is proposed to use the connecting tunnel in the reservoir area to drain from the overflow dam of the secondary dam, the layout form of outlet structure of the reservoir hub is introduced, and the calculation method of the joint flood regulation of the main dam and the sub-dam of the Ziwei reservoir hub is proposed, which can provide reference for the engineering layout and flood control calculation of flood discharge buildings in small and medium-sized reservoirs.
