Abstract:Exploring the evaluation mode of small and medium-sized river flood control projects in townships is of great significance to improve the construction of watershed flood control system. In this study, the Sanlong section of the Xihe river was taken as the research object. From the three aspects of economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits, the indicators for evaluating the benefits of flood control projects for the rivers in the 13 townships were selected. The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weight.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the comprehensive benefits of the Sanlong section of the Xihe river before and after the construction of the flood control project were analyzed. The results show that the social benefits are more than the environmental benefits, followed by the economic benefits of the flood control project in the Sanlong section of the Xihe river. The proportion of social benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefits in the comprehensive benefits of flood control projects is 0.442 9, 0.387 3 and 0.169 8 respectively. At the same time, the comprehensive benefit of the flood control project is improved from the original poor grade with the membership degree of 0.299 to the better grade with the membership degree of 0.686 after constructing the flood control projects, and the benefits of the flood control projects in the Sanlong section of the Xihe river have been brought into full play.
