    摘要:

    水工钢闸门除锈喷涂是闸门制作的重要环节,本文在介绍水工钢闸门腐蚀原理及水工钢闸门常用防腐措施基础上,重点探讨了喷涂的方法、施工工艺、具体要求和检查标准,并以簸箕李西引黄涵闸除险加固工程为例,对电弧焊喷涂外加涂料封闭防腐处理技术防腐效果进行分析。结果表明:运行6年后簸箕李西引黄涵闸平板钢闸门各构件防腐涂层厚度合格率为100%,远超现行规范要求的85%,防腐效果良好。

    Abstract:

    Rust removal and spraying of hydraulic steel gate is an important link in gate manufacturing.Based on the corrosion principles and hazards of hydraulic steel gates and common anti-corrosion measures for hydraulic steel gates,the spraying methods,construction technology,specific requirements and inspection standards were discussed.Taking the reinforcement project of Bojilixi Yellow River diversion sluice as an example,the anti-corrosion effect of arc welding spraying which adopted coating sealing anti-corrosion treatment technology additionally was analyzed.The results showed that after 6 years of operation,the qualified rate of anti-corrosion coating thickness for each component of the flat steel gate of the Bojilixi Yellow River diversion culvert gate was 100%,far exceeding the current standard requirement of 85%,and the anti-corrosion effect was good.
