Abstract:Aimed at the technical problem that the ultra-fine tailings filling geotextile tube is difficult to dehydrate and consolidate,a vacuum filtration dewatering test method for geotextile tube was introduced,and physical model tests of the vacuum filtration and drainage promotion of the geotextile tube was carried out.Three key indicators of filling,dewatering and filtration efficiency were proposed and the effect of tube bag technology application was evaluated.The test results show that the effect of filling concentration on geotextile bag filling,dewatering and filtration efficiency is significantly higher than that of vacuum pressure;filling and filtration efficiency increases with the growth of filling concentration,while dewatering efficiency significantly reduces.Appropriate reduction of filling concentration can effectively improve the efficiency of geotextile tube construction;when the filling concentration is between 40% and 60%,the filling,dewatering and filtration efficiency will decrease with the increase of vacuum pressure.Appropriately reducing the vacuum pressure can improve the efficiency of geotextile tube dewatering to a certain extent.The results can provide theoretical and technical reference for the geotextile tube dehydration projects.
