Taking Jing'an county's water system connection and village construction with beautiful water as the object of study，this paper aims at the main problems in the rural water system. Combined with the local rural revitalization and regional tourism，it finally puts forward such ＂three principles＂ like ＂following the problem-oriented principle＂，such concepts like grasping the ＂four companies＂and achieving the ＂five protection＂，in order to provide reference for the implementation of similar projects in Jiangxi province.
