The river sand is under unified mining management，that is，the local government selects the mining subject to carry out large-scale and intensive mining of river sand. In recent years，Jiangxi province has taken the lead in exploring and legislating to support the implementation of the government unified mining and management model of river sand. It has basically achieved the full coverage of river sand mining in the whole province，effectively reducing the problems of disorderly，excessive mining and vicious competition，with obvious economic，social and ecological benefits. Based on the practice and exploration in the unified mining management of river sand mining in Jiangxi province，this paper summarizes the main practices and experiences，analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the government's unified management mode，and puts forward suggestions for its promotion and improvement，which provides a reference for the long-term management of river sand mining.
