    摘要:

    我国农村存在水源地水质差、水质检测和净化处理能力弱、农饮水安全工程基层管理和技术力量不足等情况,如何运用信息化技术,实现农村饮水安全的信息化管理,是落实农村饮水安全管理的必然选择。智慧水务系统以满足农村居民对饮水安全的需要为目标,基于管网GIS 系统和工业互联网技术,围绕农村供水业务,着力构建从“水源头”到“水龙头”的综合监管系统,创新应用智能预警模型、水龄水质模型、能耗优化模型、错峰调蓄模型等,切实解决当前农饮水工程监管、运维等工作中的诸多痛点,全面提升我国农村饮水安全管理水平和服务质量,逐步实现保障农村饮水安全的最终目标。

    Abstract:

    In rural areas of China,there are problems like poor water quality in water source areas,weak water quality detection and purification capacity,insufficient grass-roots management and technology for agricultural drinking water safety projects,etc. How to use the latest information technology to realize the information management of rural drinking water safety is the inevitable choice to implement the rural drinking water safety management. The intelligent water system aims to meet the needs of rural residents for drinking water safety. Based on the pipe network GIS system and industrial Internet technology,it focuses on the rural water supply business to build a comprehensive supervision system from "water source" to "faucet",to innovatively apply intelligent early warning model,water age and water quality model,energy consumption analysis model,peak shifting and peak regulation model,etc.,and practically solve the main pains in the current supervision,operation and maintenance of agricultural drinking water projects,comprehensively improving the management level and service quality of rural drinking water safety in China,and gradually realizing the ultimate goal of rural drinking water safety.
