Abstract:In order to reveal the influence of rill morphology, rainfall intensity and slope on the process of erosion and sediment yield, the influence of different rainfall intensity, slope and rainfall mode on the process of rill erosion and sediment yield was quantitatively analyzed by indoor experiment of simulated rainfall, and the indexes such as average rill length, average rill depth and average rill width were selected to reflect the change rule of rill morphology with rainfall duration. The results show that rill erosion runoff and sediment yield increase with the growth of slope and rainfall intensity. There is a close relation between the water and sediment process on slope and the formation and development of silver sand. There is a significant logarithmic relationship between sediment yield and erosion rate and rill morphology parameters. This study can provide theoretical and technical support for rill erosion control of purple soil in arable land.
