Abstract:The working principle and characteristics of the submersible cutting pump are introduced.Combined with the actual case of the company,the method of combining the traditional similarity conversion design of the WQ750SQG submersible cutting pump with the advanced CFD simulation analysis technology is expounded.The feasibility of the design method is verified by the full performance test of the sample pump.The results show that for the design and development of pumps,the scientific use of CFD simulation analysis technology helps to predict the performance of electric pumps in advance,reduce the design cost and development cycle,and improve the design success rate.
