Due to the severe flood hazards in the villages and towns in Jiangxi province,this paper introduces the basic situation of the hazards,analyzes the main problems in the flood-stricken villages and towns in Jiangxi province at present,puts forward the measures that should be taken in the flood waterlogging planning and regulation of Jiangxi province and the countermeasures,providing reference for the governance of flood stricken villages and towns in Jiangxi province.
