This paper carries out technical analysis of ecological flow assessment and discharge from the aspects of assessment method,discharge principle and facility type of ecological flow and analyzes the technical essentials,applicable conditions and limitations of typical measures for ecological monitoring and restoration.Combined with monitoring section,operation environment,flow measurement,ecological restoration measures,it explores ecological flow monitoring and restoration of green small hydro-power based on the situation and characteristics of rural small hydropower development in Jiangxi province,which could provide a reference for the green transformation of local rural small hydro-power stations.
