The 15th CPC Congress of Jiangxi Province proposed the comprehensive construction of “Six Jiangxi”,and drew a blueprint for the high-quality development in the next five years.Water conservancy is an irreplaceable basic support for economic and social development,and its position and role are becoming more important in the new era and new stage.This paper analyzes the position and function of water conservancy in the“Six Jiangxi”and puts forward the implementation path of the“Six Jiangxi”.
