    摘要:

    以树背坑一库(小溪云龙河上游)和树背坑二库水库(小溪云龙河下游)为研究对象,利用水力学原理以及GIS空间分析技术,对比分析超标准洪水下梯级水库在下游水库溃坝和上游水库溃坝导致下游水库溃坝连溃两种情况下面临的洪水风险,同时制定受影响居民的避洪转移对策。通过两种情况下的对比分析,得出结论:在对水库进行超标准洪水淹没分析时,考虑下游水库单个水库的溃坝洪水分析不够全面,要进一步考虑上游水库超标洪水溃坝之后导致的下游水库连溃的洪水淹没分析,对于保障下游人民的生命财产安全具有重要的意义。

    Abstract:

    Shubeikeng No.1 reservoir(upstream of Xiaoxiyunlong river)and Shubeikeng No.2 reservoir(downstream of Xiaoxiyunlong river)are studied by applying hydraulic principle and GIS spatial analysis technology in the paper.Under the condition of excessive flood,it makes a comparative analysis of flood risks encountered by cascade reservoirs resulted from the downstream dam break and the downstream dam break generated by the upstream dam break.At the same time,measures for flood avoidance and transfer of affected residents are formulated.The comparative results show that when analyzing the reservoir inundation resulted from the excessive flood,it is not comprehensive to only consider the dam break flood analysis of a single reservoir in the downstream reservoir,and further consideration should be given to the downstream caused by the dam break of the upstream reservoir after exceeding the standard level of flood.The flood inundation analysis of the continuous collapse of the reservoir is of great significance to the safety of the lives and property of the people living in the downstream regions.
