Abstract:In order to better plan and evaluate the water resources of the Xiuhe River Basin in a scientific and reasonable manner,the control basin above the section of the Qiujin Station on the main stream of the Xiuhe River is used as the research area to construct a large-scale distributed VIC model(Variable Infiltration Capacity,VIC).By using the Princeton meteorological assimilation data set to drive model to carry out the runoff simulation study of the river basin,using two evaluation indicators,the Nash efficiency coefficient NSE and the relative error Er,combined with the measured monthly average flow data of the Qiujin Station in the downstream of the Xiuhe River to calibrate and verificate.The research results show that on a monthly scale,the Nash efficiency coefficients of the regular rate and the verification period are 0.85 and 0.84 respectively,and the relative errors are 8.67% and 8.98% respectively.The research results provide a certain reference basis for the planning,evaluation and management of water resources in the study area.
