Under the background of the construction of ecological civilization,guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's 16-character water control thinking of“Water-saving priority”,a systematic review and summary of the innovative practice of water saving science in Jiangxi Province in the past ten years has been carried out from many aspects such as the“Water Saving General Mobilization”series of popular science works,the construction of a multi-dimensional matrix communication mode,and the multi-dimensional communication effect,based on analyzing the problems existing in the work of water-saving popular science in our country.The prospect and suggestion of water-saving popular science work in the future are put forward,which can provide reference for further developing water-saving popular science work．
