    摘要:

    水污染总量控制是区域水环境治理过程中的重要环节。本文以东辛农场内部河道水质提升为例,通过系统分析区域不同类型污染的产生与排放情况,结合水环境容量的核算结果,得出控制指标在不同时间和空间上的总量控制情况。研究表明:农田面源与生活污染为该区域的主要污染源;汛期水环境容量大于非汛期,但汛期的污染物削减也要大于非汛期,其中中干河南片和东干河中片为主要污染控制片,CODcr的削减率分别为20.3%和44.7%,总磷的污染削减率均高于30%。

    Abstract:

    Total water pollution control is an important link in the process of regional water environment governance.Taking the improvement of river water quality in Dongxin Farm as an example,this paper systematically analyzed the generation and discharge of different types of pollution in the region,combined with the accounting results of water environment capacity,and obtained the reduction of control indexes in different time and space.The results show that agricultural non-point source and domestic pollution are the main pollution sources in this area.The water environment capacity in flood season is greater than that in non-flood season,but the pollutant reduction in flood season is also greater than that in non-flood season.The main pollution control areas are the southern zone of Zhonggan River and the middle zone of Donggan River.The reduction rate of CODCr is 20.3% and 44.7% respectively,and the reduction rate of total phosphorus pollution is higher than 30%.
