Dike is the important barrier for the safety of flood control.With the most beautiful shoreline construction of the Yangtze River and the standardized management work development of dike，the engineering appearance and management level of Yangtze dyke in Lianxi district have improved.But there are still some problems，such as lack of management and protection capital，lack of management and protection work，weak mass consciousness of protecting dike.The management level should be better.Aiming at dike management work，some countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward by combining with work experience for reference.
