    摘要:

    为贯彻落实“水利工程补短板、水利行业强监管”新时期水利改革发展总基调,切实加强信江生态流量监管,着眼当前水生态水环境需求,选取信江下游控制站梅港水文站作为研究对象,采用了最小连续30天平均流量法、7Q10法和Tennant法3种方法来分析计算,综合确定生态流量,并对生态流量进行了满足度分析.结果表明:采用最小生态流量不低于多年平均流量10%计算的结果是合理的,可满足河道生态流量目标要求.

    Abstract:

    For the implementation of the“water conservancy project to repair short,strong water conservancy industry regulation”total tone water conservancy reform and development in the new period,strengthen the Xinjiang ecological flow regulation, focus on the current ecological environment water demand, water, selection of Xinjiang river downstream of the control station may harbor station as the research object,this paper adopted three methods to calculate, the comprehensive ecological flow is determined, and satisfaction on the ecological flow analysis, the results show that the minimum ecological flow of less than 10%for many years the average flow rate calculated result is reasonable and meets the demands on river ecological flow target.
