    摘要:

    极端天气容易发生短历时强降雨,由于中小河流源短流急、突发性强、成灾快,极易产生破坏性洪水,引发山洪地质灾害和泥石流.本文对袁河流域上游“2020.6.25”短历时特大暴雨洪水进行了频率分析,并有针对性地提出水雨情预警预报,加强水库科学调度.通过防洪效益评估,结果表明:水雨情预警预报和水库科学调度能最有效减轻下游防洪压力,减少下游芦溪县城、宜春市及沿岸乡镇财产经济损失,防洪效益显著.

    Abstract:

    Short time storm flood is easy to happen under extreme weather.It is easy to cause destructive flood which will bring about geological disasters and debris flow,especially for small and medium brook or river with small watercollecting area.In this paper,the flood frequency of“2020.6.25” short time storm flood of upstream watershed of Yuan river was analyzed,the forecasting and warning of water and rainfall information had been issued,which was used to guide the schedule of reservoir operation.The results showed that forecasting and warning of water and rainfall information and scientific reservoir operation could effectively reduce pressure on flood defences in downstream region.Great loss of the life and property of people and the economy of Luxi county and Yichun city was minimized.The flood control benefit was remarkable.
