In Jiangxi province，the evaluation of renew a water withdrawal permit work has entered a peak period，its management mainly depends on the grass-roots water administrative departments，now therefore，the design and formulation of the relevant management system should fully consider the support capacity of the grass-roots water administrative departments.Through the study of the key technical points of the evaluation of key water conservancy projects and industrial industries in Jiangxi province，the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the evaluation of renewing a water withdrawal permit management in Jiangxi province.
