As the life resource，water is one of the important resources，especially in agricultural production field.In order to respond resources sustainable development，this paper focus on water utilization rate and takes efficient watersaving irrigation engineering as research object，analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the application of efficient water-saving irrigation technology in irrigation and drainage engineering，explores and discusses the practice points of efficient water-saving irrigation engineering.It hopes to provide reference for the engineering planning and construction management.
