    摘要:

    水利工程隧洞施工经常遇到地下溶洞,尤其是云、贵、川喀斯特地貌区域溶洞频现.夹岩水利枢纽工程输水隧洞穿越白蒲河、西溪河等多条河流和山岭,施工过程中溶洞数量多、规模大.其中,余家寨隧洞出现长144.50m,宽52.00m,高50.00m的大型溶洞,将输水隧洞拦腰截断,由于隧洞设计轴线不能大幅度调整,给工程施工带来极大困难.根据现场大型溶洞实际情况,采用钢拱架混凝土护拱施工技术,同时在溶洞底部设置永久排水涵管,既保证溶洞出现涌水时能够顺利通过,又能在护拱的保护下使输水隧洞安全通过大型溶洞施工,为今后地下工程大型溶洞处理提供了施工技术经验.

    Abstract:

    Underground karst caves are often encountered in tunnel construction of water conservancy projects,especially in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan karst geomorphological regions.The water conveyance tunnel of Jiayan water control project crosses many rivers and mountains,such as Baipu river and Xixi river,and the number and scale of karst caves are large in the construction process.Among them,Yujiazhai tunnel is a large karst tunnel with a total length of 144.5m,a width of 52m and a height of 50m,which cuts off the waist of the water conveyance tunnel.Because the design axis of the tunnel can not be adjusted substantially,it brings great difficulties to the construction of the project.According to the actual situation of large-scale karst caves on site,steel arch concrete arch protection construction technology is adopted,and permanent drainage culverts are set at the bottom of the caves,which not only ensures the smooth passage of the caves when water gushing occurs,but also ensures the safe passage of water conveyance tunnels through large-scale karst caves under the protection of arch protection,thus providing valuable treatment experience for the treatment of large-scale underground caves in the future.
