    摘要:

    水资源承载力水平是评价区域社会、经济和生态环境全面可持续发展状况的重要因素,不同状态下的用水功效系数不同,其水资源承载力也不同.本文在分析水资源承载力内涵的基础上,以深圳市中西部水资源为例,按照“协调可持续发展”原理,建立了基于水库群调节的水资源承载力模型,并进行长系列计算与分析.结果表明:深圳市中西部水资源最多只能满足现阶段(2015年)城市用水需求,同时随着城市人数不断的增加,远期深圳市中西部地区用水量必须对东江水和西部引水采取水库群联合调节的方式,以提高该区域的水资源承载力.

    Abstract:

    The level of Carrying Capacity of Water Resources is an important factor to evaluate the condition of a region social,economic and ecological environment comprehensive and sustainable development.Water efficiency coefficients are different in different states,the carrying capacity of water resources is different too.This paper is based on analyzing the meaning of water resources carrying capacity,take water resources of the midwest of Shenzhen city as an example,by the way of the “Coordinated and sustainable development” theory,found the model of the carrying capacity of water resources,calculated and analyzed.The results show that the water resources in the midwest of Shenzhen city can only meet now this stage(2015)Urban water demand.At the same time,as the number of cities we increasing.In the long run,the water consumption in the midwest of Shenzhen must be regulated jointly by the reservoir group and the eastern river and the western diversion.In order to improve the water resources carrying capacity of the region.
