Implementing the “river chief mechanism” and fully developing the “One River，One Policy” is an important measure to further promote the construction of ecological civilization.Since 2016，the river chief mechanism has been fully promoted in Ji’an County，and the three grade rivers chief of county，township，village(neighborhood)have formed full-scale management of rivers and lakes.Taking the “One River，One Policy” of Longpi River as an example，this paper analyzes the related problems in the river channel and put forward the effective measures for the management of the river.
