Electronic bidding develops rapid in the network information age，most of the engineering construction trade in China have achieved electronic bidding，the electronic bidding system from the user's point of view，the construction of water conservancy project to share experience in the use of electronic bidding system in the process，at the same time some of the problems encountered in the analysis，and put forward relevant suggestions for improvement.
