    摘要:

    将GIS技术应用到洪水淹没研究中一直是一个大家喜欢追逐的热点,本文从GIS技术及江西水情出发,应用ArcGIS和遥感影像处理软件对江西省鄱阳湖区进行洪水淹没分析,计算出我们所需要的淹没范围、淹没水深及淹没面积,并对受灾人口和受损粮食进行评估,制作了相关专题图;具有较好的准确性、实用性和科学性,为进一步的制作洪水风险图、防汛指挥调度和洪涝灾害的损失评估提供了基本平台.

    Abstract:

    The application of GIS technology to flooding research has always been a hot spot for everyone to chase.This article was based on the GIS technology and Jiangxi water regime,ArcGIS and remote sensing image processing software were utilized to analyze the flood submergence of Poyang lake area in Jiangxi province,the submerged range,submerged depth and submerged area we need were calculated,and the affected population and the damaged food were assessed,to produced the relevant thematic map.This study has good accuracy,practicability and scientificity,it provided a basic platform for further production of flood risk maps,flood control command dispatching and loss assessment of floods.
