The implementation of the "river chief mechanism"for nearly a year in Gaoan city,Jiangxi province,which carries out water pollution control,the establishment of long-term management mechanism of rivers and lakes,and achieves good results.The article elaborates the experience and pratice of "river chief system"in Gao an city,and explores some experiences and practices in line with its own characteristics from strengthening the organization and leadership,strictly implementing the responsibility,implementing the gurantee funds and carrying out the "Qinghe action".
