This paper investigated the current situation of the water resources management in Jiangxi province, such as the aspects of organization,team and basic condition. The problems of water resources management in the province were analyzed. According to the actual demand of the water resources management, construction schemes and suggestion were put forwards, which include establishing sound water resource organization, enriching management staffs, improving the quality of personnel and strengthening the infrastructure.
