With the acceleration of industrialization in Jiangxi province, the infrastructure construction scale and intensity of the industrial parks increased rapidly. In order to ensure the industrial parks in good and fast development model, adequate protect and rational utilize the soil and water resources, and promote the soil and water resources in sustainable utilization, some suggestions were provided for the soil and water conservation eco-industrial park construction, based on the figures and causes of the industrial park soil erosion, and the soil and water conservation conceptions in construction planning and erosion control measurements designing.
