Water ecological civilization is an important part of the ecological civilization construction. The pattern of four linkage of water ecological civilization construction could provide important support for ecological civilization in Jiangxi. By combing work of water ecological civilization and the pilot construction in Jiangxi, the problems in water ecological civilization were proposed. On this basis, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the sustainable development in Jiangxi. Also it could provide support for further development and promotion in water ecological civilization.
