The bulb tubular turbine generating set has the advantages such as high efficiency,wide applicable range of water head,large power flow and compact structure.It is often used in hydropower development of plain and hilly regions.In this paper,through introducing the structure design and construction process of the plant Liaofang Hydropower Station,some key problem are discussed and analyzed.The research results can be referred for the design and construction of the plant of bulb turbine generating set in the future.
