The water ecological environment problems of Xuanwu Lake which is a typical urban eutrophication lake become very serious in recent years.The water ecological environment situation and evolution law of Xuanwu Lake was summarized and its pollution sources was revealed based on research findings at home and abroad and field research.The paper analyzed the implementation effects and existing problems of protection projects at Xuanwu Lake and put forward some reasonable proposals.
