With the rapid development of oblique photogrammetry technology, the 3D model of real scene has been applied in many fields. However, the established 3D model based on oblique photography has some problems such as model strain deformation and texture loss. This paper takes the typical area of Guanting reservoir as the research object, and organically combines the tilting photography of UAV with the near-earth photography technology.A refined modeling method of close-range photogrammetry with ground-air integration is explored and proposed.Compared with traditional UAV oblique photography technology, the constructed TIN structure is richer and the visual effect is clearer. The research shows that the 3D modeling method of UAV oblique photography based on ground-air integration has finer geometric structure and more real and delicate texture, which can provide useful technical reference and value for future refinement of 3D modeling of real scene.
