      为科学系统地评价高速公路水土保持生态效益,以广吉高速公路为例,分析不同防治区在不同建设时期的水土流失面积、土壤侵蚀量、平均土壤侵蚀模数的动态变化,构建水土保持生态效益评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和综合效益指数评价项目的水土保持生态效益。结果表明:水土流失主要发生在施工阶段,路基工程、取土场和弃渣场在施工阶段是水土流失的严重区域。建设完成后,防治区水土流失面积和平均土壤侵蚀模数明显低于项目建设前,水土保持生态效益综合指数为6.33,表明水土保持措施在此项目中生态效益显著。
英文摘要:
      In order to scientifically and systematically evaluate the ecological benefits of soil and water conservation on expressways,the author took Guangchang-Ji'an high-speed project as an example to analyze the dynamic changes of soil and water loss area and its proportion,soil erosion amount and average soil erosion modulus in different prevention and control areas in different construction periods,to construct evaluation inde system for soil and water conservation ecological benefit and to evalute the soil and water conservation ecological benefit of the project with the help of the analytic hierachy process(AHP)and the comprehensive benefit index.The results show that soil and water loss occurs mainly in the construction period of the subgrade engineering,soil field,abandon slag field.After completing the project,the area of soil erosion and the average soil erosion modulus in the prevention and control regions are much lower than the project constructed before,and the comprehensive index of ecological benefit of soil and water conservation is 6.33,which indicates that soil and water conservation measures have significant benefits for the project.
