于都县金桥崩岗片区生态保护修复工程规划探索

山水林田湖草沙系统治理是生态文明治理理念不断升华的成果，其赋予了水土保持行业更重要的使命，对水土流失防治提出了新的更高要求。本文以于都县金桥崩岗片区山水林田湖草沙生态保护与修复工程规划为例，按照山水林田湖草沙系统治理理念，以山地、水体、农田、村庄为生态载体，自上而下建立“养山保水、治坡节水、入村净水”三道防线机制，合理保护与利用水土资源，优化生产、生活、生态“三个空间”，拓宽“两山”转化通道，打造集生态修复、宜居宜业、科普警示、科研推广、旅游休闲、农事体验等多功能于一体的“崩岗地质公园，于都城镇后花园”，以期为新时代崩岗水土流失系统治理提供借鉴。

The systematic management of mountains-rivers-forests-fields-lakes-grass lands-sand lands is the result of the continuous sublimation of the concept of ecological civilization management,which endows the water and soil conservation industry with a more important mission and puts forward new higher requirements soil and water loss prevention and control.This paper takes ecological conservation and restoration project planning in Jinqiao collapsing area as an example,according to the concept of systematic management of mountains-rivers-forests-fields-lakes-grass lands-sand lands,with mountains,water,farmland,village as the ecological carries,a three-line mechanism of“raising mountains and preserving water,regulating slopes and saving water,and purifying water into villages”has been established to rationally protect and utilize soil and water resources,optimize the“three spaces”of production,life and ecology and broaden the transformation channel of“two mountains”.Finally,a geopark of collapse as the backyard of Yudu county has been built with the integration of ecological restoration,livable and suitable for business,popular science warning,scientific research promotion,tourism and leisure,agricultural experience and other functions,so as to provide reference for the systematic management for soil erosion of slope collapse in the new era.
