| This paper discussed the significance of comprehensive reform of agricultural water price from ensuring farmland water conservancy project long-term sound operation,promoting agriculture water saving and emission reduction,promoting the structural reform of agricultural supply side,guaranteeing nation grain safety.Furthermore,this paper also explored the promotion strategy of comprehensive reform of agricultural water price from innovating farmland water conservancy project management mechanism,constructing scientific agricultural water price formation mechanism,establishing rational precision subsidy mechanism,establishing suitable water management mechanism,perfecting agricultural irrigation measurement system,establishing suitable agricultural water rights system. |
