浅议萍乡市全域推广海绵城市建设的问题与对策

萍乡完成海绵城市建设试点后，全面贯彻海绵城市理念，全域推广海绵城市建设。本文基于萍乡市海绵城市试点建设实践经验，对萍乡市全域推广海绵城市建设工作进行了研究，发现所辖县海绵城市推进工作进度较慢，存在项目建设片面化、碎片化，部分海绵设施施工质量不合格等问题。经过对比分析这些问题存在的主要原因，结合萍乡市海绵城市试点建设的成功经验和全域推广海绵城市建设的工作实际，进而提出了3项对策与建议，希望能为萍乡市全域推广海绵城市建设工作提供有益借鉴，同时为当前系统化全域推进海绵城市建设示范工作提供参考。

英文摘要:

After completing the pilot construction of sponge city,Pingxiang city has fully implemented the sponge city concept and promoted the sponge city construction throughout the region.Based on the local practical experience,this article studies on the promotion of sponge city construction in Pingxiang city and finds out that the promotion of sponge city in the counties of Pinxiang is in the slow progress with the problems like partial and fragmented project constrution,and some unqualified sponge facitities.After comparative analysis of the main reasons for the existence of these problems,combined with the successful experience of local pilot construction of sponge city and the actual work of promoting sponge city construction in the whole region,three countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,expected to contribute to the construction of sponge city in Pingxiang city,and to provide reference for the demonstration work of current systematic and global promotion of sponge city construction.
