| 鄱阳湖圩堤保护着湖区人民的生命与财产，其合理的洪水漫顶风险评估意义重大。本文以鄱阳湖沿河圩为例，在堤防漫顶风险内涵的基础上，通过可靠度理论，建立沿河圩漫顶可靠度计算模型，根据计算结果分析相关风险因素与圩堤可靠度的关系，并得出沿河圩漫顶可靠度处于合格的状态。研究结果为鄱阳湖圩堤的漫顶风险分析提供技术参考，也为圩堤的除险加固和应急管理提供重要的指导依据。 |

| The dikes of Poyang Lake protect people's life and property in the lake area,and their reasonable flood overtopping risk assessment are of great significance.Taking the Yanhe dike of Poyang Lake as an example,based on the connotation of dikes overtopping risk,this paper establishes the calculation model of dikes overtopping reliability through reliability theory,and applies the model to the Yanhe dike.According to the calculation results,the relationship between relevant risk factors and dikes reliability is analyzed,and it is concluded that the overtopping reliability of the Yanhe dike is qualified.The research results provide technical reference for the overtopping risk analysis of the dikes,and also provide important guidance for dikes reinforcement and emergency management. |
