| 新冠疫情爆发以来，各行各业均受到了较大的冲击。作为国民经济的命脉，水利行业在此次疫情中也受到了一定的影响。本文以河南省水利工程建设为例，分析新冠疫情对水利工程建设的影响，并探讨了本次疫情对水利工程建设发展的启示，为提高水利工程建设应对各类公共危机事件的能力，推进水利工程建设信息化数字化，促进水利行业持续健康高质量发展，提供一定的参考。 |

| Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,all walks of life have been profoundly affected.As the lifeblood of the national economy,the water conservancy industry is no exception.This article takes water conservancy projects in Henan province as examples to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the construction of water conservancy projects,and discuss the enlightenment of the epidemic on the development of water conservancy projects,so as to improve the ability of water conservancy projects responding to various public crisis events and promote the digitalization of water conservancy project construction.At the same time,it is expected to provide a reference for promoting the healthy promotion of the water conservancy industry. |
