| 江西省延续取水评估有关工作已步入高峰时期，其管理主要依赖于基层水行政主管部门，因此，在制定延续取水评估相关制度过程中，为了更好的为基层水行政部门提供技术支撑，本研究通过对江西省重点水利工程和工业行业延续取水评估技术重点进行研究，为江西省延续取水许可管理等相关工作提供科学依据. |

| In Jiangxi province，the evaluation of renew a water withdrawal permit work has entered a peak period，its management mainly depends on the grass-roots water administrative departments，now therefore，the design and formulation of the relevant management system should fully consider the support capacity of the grass-roots water administrative departments.Through the study of the key technical points of the evaluation of key water conservancy projects and industrial industries in Jiangxi province，the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the evaluation of renewing a water withdrawal permit management in Jiangxi province. |
